I've always thought that AI image generation was only possible through 3rd party websites or paid services, due to the technical complexities involved, especially when it comes to local image generation.

However, today, I came across a node-based tool/software/interface that is used by experts in the AI image generation world. This tool, known as Comfy UI, is open-source and was a huge eye-opener for me.

Familiar as I am with node-based software, I decided that I should learn more about this. Thus, I am embarking on a journey to learn about AI image and video generation. So from today, my learning about AI begins.

I started watching tutorials about this topic, and subscribed to bunch of good channel which discuss Comfyui topic, starting from the basics. At this point my intention is not to understand everything or follow step by step to create something but to have a overview of the core ideas and concepts behind ComfyUI and AI image generation in general

I surrounded myself with resources related to comfyui, joined few discord servers, subscribed YT channels, followed few people on Instagram etc. so that i wont get distracted but I will always see something related to my goal of learning ComfyUI and AI
